STUDENT PROJECTS 2024 - DIGITAL POETICS - PMS

What if we employ the term "poetics" in the contemporary creative process? How does the concept of 'poetry' intertwine with the contemporary artistic fields of digital culture? The course introduces students to electronic literature and poetry, while studying and developing design methods and processes as they converse with the field of creative discourse and text making in general, whether it consists of words, images, or any other raw material as a basic compositional component. In this context, the relationship between 'making' and the field of digital arts will be explored, and the ways in which poetic activity emerges through a variety of expressive applications will be studied.
