In a world where everything is getting more expensive, the group of students from the Department of Audio and Visual Arts "Migratory Birds", raises the issue of housing with their performance project "Kerithra". Specifically, every year on the island of Corfu, the search for housing is a major issue for the island's residents, let alone for its students...In fact, many are forced to drop out of their studies, as living in a house is no longer viable. The prices over the years increase, while the houses that open their doors to a student are limited, not only in the number but also in the time period offered to them. Most student houses are also included, if not from the start, at some point in the hands of the tourism industry as ‘Airbnb'. Advocates of this situation are the owners/brokers with the "key" in hand. Thus, "Kerithra" makes visible to the public the miserable conditions, the stress and in general the psychosomatic and financial influences in the life of a student, in their most "beautiful years".
