The video was based on the idea that the body is the home of the human being. The lack of communication and interaction of family members can create disagreements. Similarly, in the body, the lack of communication creates both “physical blockages” and deeper (psychological) problems. By preventing the body from expressing itself naturally and placing it in molds of specific behaviors, not only it is being oppressed, but it also breaks out psychosomatically.
