The animation project titled "Mother Earth" is a 2D short film of 3:30 minutes, addressing the environmental destruction caused by humans. The title refers to Earth as a living entity with a human form. The viewer is transported to an alternate dimension where each planet has its own character, and each galaxy is like a neighborhood. In this dimension, Earth lives with the Sun, and together they create a family with a daughter, the Moon.
As the story progresses, Earth falls seriously ill. She is taken to the hospital, where Uranus, playing the role of her doctor, informs her that her illness is caused by the presence of humans in her body. As her condition worsens, the film reaches an ambiguous and fluid ending, challenging the viewer to confront their responsibilities. Is it human behavior that is making Mother Earth sick?
