This specific work, MEDITATION, was made within the framework of the course 'Artistic Sound Investment' and my aim was to harmonize sound and image using creative interventions, specific shapes and pure colors. The sound is by the composer Stefan Betke, entitled Pole. I used the sound 'metaphorically', that is, I tried to give it life and visualize it as an experience, a psychological state that goes from intensity to calm and to a gradual return through a series of stimuli from external factors. I interpret this with the alternation of specific colors - red for intensity and hard rectangles that pulsate in a form of a heartbeat - correlation with stress, transition to pale blue colors and round shapes, with gentle movements and relaxed interactions on the eye in the form of an effect that refers to the movement of water - calm. Even with the change of the sound pattern to a more stressful one, the color of the composition also changes and rapid 'electric' waves in opposite colors to symbolize the contrast suddenly come into the frame, just as the external 'stimuli' suddenly appear.
