The Video Art titled “Daughter” by Evan Garde is about the same artist's search and despair about the body, love and the existence of sex. Through the depiction of the pupil of the eye, the proverb "the eyes are the mirror of the soul" is symbolized and the intense sadness that exists in today's society regarding the perception of the body, existence and desire.

Evan Garde is a visual artist from Thessaloniki. He specializes in photography, Directing, and performance art pieces. Some of his most notable works include "Versions" (2023) and "In Spacetime" (2023), pieces from the photo collection "(ex)cause of feels."
