Money Hunt
Myropi Kypri

In the short film titled "Money Hunt," we follow two poor friends desperately trying to find money. Inspired by the slapstick comedy genre, the project explores the works of Charlie Chaplin and Buster Keaton. The film incorporates elements of the genre such as unorthodox use of objects, innocent violence, physical and fast-paced action, visual humor with gags, impoverished personas, a blend of comedic and dramatic elements, and social critique. The protagonists, embodying poverty and complete inadequacy, navigate through laugh-inducing situations, while the black-and-white aesthetic and film effect add a nostalgic touch.

Directed by Myropi Kypri, Actors: Odysseas Kanellos, Antonis Poikilidis, Elina Melissaratou, Rio, Tatiana Veligratli, Myrto Mariatou, Basoula Grammatopoulou, Myropi Kypri, Dimitra Kamzela, Petar Nikolov.
