This work is an attempt to approach myself inside the environment. The task to record thoughts, memories, a personal story made me face the difficulty of actually finding what am I. A final answer is not being given. Producing this work was actually a dive further into thoughts. Memories -experiences as well- are blurry. Inside this blur, I’m searching for ways to appreciate, understand and enjoy. And that’s what’s happening on this work. An everyday route is depicted. A route that has been visited countless times and is, of course, blurry. While on this route, thoughts are heard. Thoughts that supposedly are examining the idea of self. What defines self. Are we what we eat? Our thoughts? Our dreams? Our deeds? “Supposedly” because I don’t believe there is an answer. The only sure thing is that we exist. And we die. But I don’t care about that. It’s difficult enough to simply exist. And to exist simply.
