A mysterious figure appears in a museum window, while the moonlight highlights a precious jewel in the center of the room.With a swift movement the jewel disappears, and a peacock feather falls in its place.The next morning, Detective Bo enters the crime scene to investigate the incident and recognizes a feather left behind by the thief.Thus begins the "cat and mouse" chase between these two heroes.
