Ioanna Revi
The installation was created as part of thesis for the Master's degree: programme Audiovisual Arts in the Digital Age. It consists of five analogue and one digital work (short video) which represent the central nervous system. In the center of the installation there is a sculpture entitled "brain" which connects all the other works in an imaginary way. The aim is not strict biological plausibility. The rendering of the above was given with a personal style in mind and an attempt was made to use different media ( painting, sculpture, mixed media and video art, ) as well as different materials (paper, canvas, metal, tulle) and digital media which project image and sound).
