Belkî Sibê offers a rear insight into war and revolution from within. During its production, the director and cinematographer was also a soldier in SDF, the people’s army that fought and eventually defeated ISIS, while establishing a uniquely progressive and feminist democracy in the rear. This documentary is his testimony.
