The place I chose to focus on and analyze is the park outside my house (Kilkis). It is a place that I have associated with countless memories and feelings from my childhood until today. In this park I spent hours when I was young, we played with the rest of the neighborhood
kids for years and I met many people with whom I have kept some contacts. Later in my teens and up to 18 we spent most of our time there chatting or just waiting for someone to go out at night. What I want to capture in my work using this particular location is the joy this place brought me when I was younger and the sadness it brings me now that we don't decide to spend our time there to have fun. Through the video I will create I will follow a linear way of storytelling starting from a more happy and cheerful note and gradually I will continue with a more lonely and sad feeling. For the soundesign I will use natural sounds of the park (children playing, parents talking, etc.). The text that I will write in the form of a letter creates approximately the same emotions as the video, with the difference that some things in the letter (emotions, thoughts , images, memories) will not be able to come out 100% because they are personal experiences, but they may find something new and something that they identify with.
