Sophia Emmanouilidou, Lina Digka, Kostas Ntoulmatzis
This electroacoustic work by Sophia Emmanouilidou is a recording of her music piece Apodomisis, which is a duet for flute and code in SuperCollider. This work is a twelve-tone composition where we gradually observe the transformation of flute's sound into noise, i.e. its gradual deconstruction/apodomisis. This deconstruction/apodomisis, however, is at the same time a frequency structuring since the noise consists of more frequencies than the sound of the flute. The performance of the work was held by Paschalina Diga. The video recording was made by Kostas Doulmatzis.
