Summary: Blue to Rent is a short movie that takes place in the Greek countryside, specifically, in the holiday resort, Blue. Indeed, the morning keeps its silent promise but also keeps in store an unexpected adventure.
About the film: Blue to Rent is a short movie, which is developed with the contribution of semiology and tries to commence a dialogue with some thoughts about the circle of life, deeply affected by the economical crisis of the last decades. The inspiration for this movie is an empty pool. For the writer, the empty pool represents a big contrast, the history of a prime and rich past and the story of a decaying and poor present. So the mainline of interest is between the empty pool and the main character, the owner, as they represent the route from prime to decay.
