Echotopia

This audiovisual work is the recording of the performance of an improvisational act which is based on the mantra chant "Om mani padme hum". This piece is divided into two sub-axes/elements, the element of «ether» which is projected by musical instruments and the element of «earth» which is introduced by the voices. The element of ether is presented in the first part of the work and the element of earth follows in the second part. In the third and last part of this work a new element/axis is revealed, which is the combination of the two previous ones. The recording of this performance has undergone such an audio processing so as to enhance the abstract character of the image.
