As an organization we defend that the access to TTT conferences should be financially sustainable to all its participants. While travel funds or compensation for presentations are not available, we are committed to ensuring inclusivity by providing fee waivers to all requests and, whenever possible, maintaining a no-fee policy. For TTT2025 Ljubljana, registration is free for both selected participants and general attendees. Registration is conducted exclusively online through this website.

Selected participants will receive an email with login details to access the TTT2025 Author Area at:
In the Author Area, participants must:
Review and confirm their participation
Provide their short CV and profile picture
Give consent for participation and publication of information
Submit any additional details requested by the organizing committee
Consent must be provided once per contribution on behalf of all contributors.
The Author Area will remain open until March 30, 2025, at 12:00 EEST (Athens Time). Participants can update their information at any time before the deadline.
