“I followed you to the end” is an abstract soundscape that relates to the female body and soul, as inspired by Tracey Emin's homonymus painting. The eerie sounds interwine with the fragmented recitation of the text that is written across the painting, creating a sonic piece that is austere, gestural and atmospheric, in accordance with Emin's artistic means. Granular sounds of marbles and wrappers accompany the drone-like sounds of the Athens subway, the carnival and church bells, creating the appropriate background to host the peculiar female figure deriving from Emin's painting of the same name.
