Talos is an album of five ambient tracks written and performed live during July-August 2025 in Crete. The work draws inspiration from the mythological automaton Talos, who once patrolled the shores of the island. At the core of each track is a fragment of personal recordings collected from the creator's travels, as an impression that is incorporated into the automaton's inner world. Fragments of memory are isolated, recycled and transformed into soundscapes, glued together by drones, subtle deep percussion and fragments of synthetic texture.
