The game "Hold It Together" is an interactive project that uses the Arduino platform to explore the limits of emotional regulation and multitasking, simulating the demands and situations individuals face today. Through a progressively vibrating platform, the user attempts to balance four pumice stones stacked one on top of another, while simultaneously solving arithmetic operations, experiencing the condition that success leads to increasing difficulty. The game functions as a metaphor for the unrealistic demands of modern society for constant emotional regulation and efficiency, transforming psychological overload into an embodied physical experience. The results show that failure is not a personal deficiency of ability but an inevitable consequence.
