Condact: the Touch
Condact (Contact + Conductive) is an interactive audiovisual installation that explores human touch and presence as a generative event, transforming a physical surface into an active electrical field through capacitive sensing technology. Human presence acts as the central creator of a digital imprint, where each touch dynamically generates geometric forms (Moiré patterns) and harmonic chords that gradually accumulate on the screen. The work focuses on translating touch into sensory memory, highlighting the relationship between matter, the body, and the gradual construction of a digital system through interaction.
