The Panhellenic Federation of Cultural Associations of Cretan Societies (POPKS) and the Panhellenic Association of Teachers of Greek Folk Dance (PEDDH) have invited Renata Dalianoudi, PhD in Ethnomusicology, Associate Professor at the Department of Audio and Visual Arts, Ionian University, to participate as a speaker in the Scientific Symposium “Cretan Dance: Tradition and Transformation.”
The symposium has an institutional characteriz and educational content. Its central aim is to foster a productive dialogue and “shared listening” between academic discourse, experiential knowledge, and practitioners’ empirical perspectives.
The title of Renata Dalianoudi’s presentation is:
“Cultural Associations, Folk Dance Schools, and the Management of Music & Dance Heritage: Reflections and Proposals.”
