Dalila Honorato, Associate Professor of the Department of Audio and Visual Arts of the Ionian University, was one of the participants in an exhibition by the COPRAXIS project. With the aim of promoting the creation of plastic arts, resulting from an experimental process at the intersection between art, science and technology, the project was based on the creation of works from a period of artistic residencies at i3s - Instituto de Investigação e Inovação em Saúde, in Porto, together with scientific collaborators and at Ectopia - Laboratório de arte experimental, in Lisbon.
The exhibition took place between the 5th and 25th of March at Ectopia (Lisbon) and continues now between the 1st and 22 April at i3S (Porto).
Along with Ms. Honorato, the artists taking part were Adam Zaretsky, Ana Santos, Gilberto Reis/Moirika Reker, João Dias, José Alberto Gomes, Paulo Bernandino Bastos.
The project and exhibition’s scientific collaborators were Carlos Conde, Elsa Logarinho, Eurico Morais de Sá and Mónica Sousa.
