OPEN ART, a Training and Lifelong Learning Program of the Ionian University (KEDIVIM), focuses on how fundamental the role of education is in rebuilding the structures of modern democratic culture.
OPEN ART offers for free a complete Art Practice program in the fields: Arts, Technology, Sciences, Society. This action could not have taken place without the practical contribution of the Athens Digital Arts Festival (ADAF).
The program is developed in two study cycles: summer and autumn. In the first cycle (summer cycle) the participants remotely attend three (3) theoretical and laboratory educational sections of Art and Digital Technology: “Art in the Information Age”, “Arduino”, “Interactive Arts & Performance / Body Time & Space” ». The second cycle (autumn cycle) focuses on the preparation, implementation and recording of the artwork.
Applications close on Friday, May 15.
