Ο Μηνάς Περγαντής είναι διπλωματούχος μηχανικός, απόφοιτος του Τμήματος Ηλεκτρολόγων Μηχανικών και Τεχνολογίας Υπολογιστών της Πολυτεχνικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών. Έχει πολυετή εργασιακή εμπειρία στον ιδωτικό τομέα ως προγραμματιστής διαδικτυακών εφαρμογών και δικτυακών τόπων.

Τον Ιούλιο του 2023 ολοκλήρωσε τη διδακτρική διατριβή του στο Τμήμα Τεχνών Ήχου και Εικόνας του Ιονίου Πανεπιστημίου με τίτλο "Τέχνης έρευνα στο διαδίκτυο: ανάλυση της συμπεριφοράς χρηστών και των τεχνολογιών αναζήτησης". Η διατριβή αυτή βρίσκεται διαθέσιμη στο εθνικό αρχείο διδακτορικών διατριβών.

Από τον Σεπτέμβριο του 2023 διεξάγει μεταδιδακτορική έρευνα στο τμήμα Τεχνών Ήχου και Εικόνας με θέμα "Αξιολόγηση και Βελτιστοποίηση της Εμπειρίας Χρήστη σε Διαδικτυακά Αποθετήρια Ψηφιακής Τέχνης".
