Call for Volunteers to the TTT2017 conference

The Department of Audio and Visual Arts is organizing, for the second year in a row, the interdisciplinary conference “Taboo-Transgression-Transcendence in Art and Science”, which features theoretical and artwork presentations. From 26 to 28 May 2017, the conference will once more be held in the island of Corfu.

As part of the conference, the conference’s organizing committee would like to call on all students who so wish to take part in the conference’s team of volunteers and support the organization, thanks to their own special knowledge and skills.

The team of volunteers is put together not just for the duration of the conference but also for its preparation. The fields in which volunteers are asked to help are: 1. Translation-interpretation 2. Reception-secretarial support 3. Technical support 4. Reception-exhibition venues 5. Coverage (video-photography). Students who wish to take part in the volunteer team can send their application via e-mail to av-conf@ionio.gr. The e-mail must be titled “Volunteers”. Closing date for applications: April 4, 2017.
