Study of the relationship between mathematics and visual arts and application of artistic methods in the teaching of mathematics

Nymphodora Voulgari holds a degree in Mathematics, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens,Greece. She also holds a Master's degree in Mathematics Teaching and Methodology,National and Kapodistrian University of Athens,Greece. She is a teacher of mathematics in public education since 2009. She is a PhD candidate from June 2021 in the field of Mathematics and Arts, Ionian University, Department of Audio and Visual Arts. She is a member of the section of the Hellenic Mathematical Society of Corfu. She has developed many projects based on mathematics in combination with other sciences as well as Erasmus projects in the context of school education.
