The conference language is English. Proposals are submitted for consideration to the members of the scientific and artistic committee. Each proposal should be submitted as a pdf file and must include:
Page 1) Author(s)/artist(s) name(s), affiliation(s), e-mail address(es), short CV / resumé (approximately 150 words).
Page 2) Presentation title, abstract (which should be no more than 500 words), references, up to 5 keywords, type of presentation: paper, poster, artwork or artist talk (if you have multiple please submit each proposal separately). This page should be anonymous and not contain author(s)/artist(s) details.
Page 3) Any technical or logistical requirements. Proposals for artwork and artist talks should also include link(s) to documentation material (photos, video, audio, etc.) or, in the case of proposals for poster presentations, to the draft poster.

Following the conference, the proceedings of TTT2023 Malta will be published in two parts: a selected number of papers will be published as a special issue in the Technoetic Arts journal, published by Intellect, and the main core of the proceedings will be published in digital format (e-Book), with an ISBN number by the Ionian University Publications.
