This workshop focuses on the use of social media and video storytelling as tools to enhance voluntary blood donation initiatives.
In an era where audience attention is limited and content is constantly increasing, simple information is not enough. What stands out is content that is based on storytelling and creates emotional connection, identification, and participation.
During the workshop, participants will be introduced to key concepts such as digital storytelling, transmedia storytelling, and viral content creation, as well as practical ways to use different platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) to develop a cohesive communication campaign.
The workshop includes both theoretical and practical components. In the practical part, participants will work in groups to design their own mini blood donation campaign, applying the concepts presented.
The goal is for participants to gain practical tools and creative ideas to strengthen the digital presence and impact of their initiatives.
Requirements to participate: Basic familiarity with smartphone use and social media is required. Previous experience in content creation is considered an advantage.
Maximum number of participants: 20–30 participants (ideally representatives and members of voluntary blood donation groups)
Language of instruction: Greek
Coordinated by: AV School Organizing Team
