Kostas Christidis
Doctor, University of Crete

Kostis Christidis was born in Rethymnon in 1967. He completed his undergraduate studies at the school of fine arts in 1995. He received his Masters from the Department of philosophy and social studies of the University of Crete in 2005. In 2013, he was awarded with a Ph.D from the Department of Primary School Education of the same University.
His research interests focus on Art Education, History and Theory of Art and Art Therapy. He has presented papers with other lecturers in national and international conferences. He has written articles with other writers in Greek and international scientific journals.
He is a member of the Greek Chamber of fine Arts and the Educational Association of Greece. He has participated in group exhibitions in Crete as well as Athens, Moreover, his work includes the scenography of theatrical plays and the illustration of educational books.
