1. Prerequisite consent
a. Once the MARes Secretariat gathers all students’ consent forms, the videos recorded during classes will be made available to all students.
b. The videos will be archived by the teaching staff and reachable exclusively through each course’s page in opencourses’ module Multimedia.
c. Recordings will be deleted by the director of the programme after the conclusion of the Repeat Exam period (end of September).
2. Usage Guidelines
a. Videos are for personal academic use only.
b. Screen recording, downloading, or redistributing the videos is strictly prohibited.
c. Notes may be taken, but sharing class content outside the course is not allowed.
3. Confidentiality & Ethics
a. Students must respect privacy and not share recorded discussions that involve peer contributions.
b. Any breach of access policies will be subject to disciplinary evaluation that may take into permanent restriction from recorded materials.
