Application Form
The MARes in Hybrid Arts program announces the opening of applications for the Half-Tuition Waiver for Merit-Based Achievement. This initiative provides financial support covering 50% of the semester tuition fees (1,000€) for one (1) eligible student who demonstrates academic excellence. Application Deadline: March 6, 2026 — 3 pm (Athens time).
Eligibility Criteria
The waiver is open to both Greek and international students who:

Are enrolled as full-time students in the MARes in Hybrid Arts program

Have successfully completed all first-semester courses: Art Research Methods., Project Sustainability, Media Archaeology, and Art Project Support

Have achieved a minimum overall average grade of 8/10
Application Details

Applicants must submit their completed application form (see attachment) to: mares@ionio.gr

Applications are evaluated by the MARes Program Committee

Selection is based on the weighted grade average

In cases of equal ranking, project proposal evaluation may be considered
Program Terms

The waiver is valid for one (1) semester only

The recipient must maintain full-time enrollment

The waiver is non-transferable

All applicants will be notified of the outcome via email

Appeals may be submitted within five (5) working days from notification of the decision
