The Secretariat of the Master of Research in Hybrid Arts is pleased to announce the opening of the registrations for MARes’ students to the 2024-2025 edition of the Winter School: “Methodology of Hybrid Arts” taking place in the island of Hydra.
Dates: March 31 – April 4, 2025
Venue: Hydra’s Annex of the Athens School of Fine Arts
This week-long intensive program is designed to support students in developing their final research projects, offering opportunities for mentoring, interdisciplinary collaboration, and hands-on experimentation.
During Winter School students have the opportunity to:
- Engage in live discussions, workshops, and peer exchanges in a stimulating research environment.
- Receive direct mentoring from faculty.
- Participate in free faculty-led seminars and volunteer to run their own.
- Develop and refine their research proposals, artistic experiments, and symposium contributions for evaluation.
- Explore collaborative and experimental methodologies that bridge art and science.
This is a hybrid event so remote students and faculty will have access to live-streamed seminars and courses as well as online mentoring sessions. Partial in-person attendance can also be accommodated upon request.
