
Nina Robin lives and works in Lyon. She is an artist, author, and doctoral researcher in Research Creation (INREV lab) at Paris 8 University. She is under the supervision of Cédric Plessiet, University Professor.
In 2020, she joined Lyon-based collective Studio Lux. Since 2022, Nina exhibites collectively her photographs
From 2022 to 20225, she works as a Cifre Ph.D student in Albyon (Atlas V) studio that produces XR narrative games and interactive films. She specialises in UXR (user experience research) using mixed methods. Her first academic paper "Designing for the hands in VR" focuses on Hand Tracking interaction design ans user research in Virtual Reality.https://doi.org/10.33919/LPS.24.13.15
In November 2024, she undertakes a doctoral research trip to the University of Berkeley, California, in the Department of Rhetoric.
She works on a paradigm for HMI that is body-centric (soma-centric) she calls Gonzo.
