In this artist talk PartSuspended artist collective will share their work, which follows an interdisciplinary approach and includes live performance, movement, movement, sound, video-work, writing, participatory workshops, exhibitions and installations. Their work connects individual and collective creativities and helps us imagine new possibilities for feminist action. At the core of the collective’s recent work is the ongoing project SPIRALS. The image of the spiral shapes both the form and content of their creative practice. As part of the artist talk, PartSuspended will show extracts of their audiovisual work, including ‘Spirals: Turning Points’ (London, Dorset, Agost, Athens, 2020), ‘Spirals: Breath’ (London, Dorset, Agost, Athens, 2021), and material from Spirals Open Archive (2022) will be presented alongside a live performance. In addition, PartSuspended will discuss the processes and outcomes of the Workshops run by the collective within AVSchool, May 2022.

PartSuspended artist collective works in a variety of art forms and disciplines.
