Dr Tania Tsiridou received in 2001 her degree from the Department of Sociology in Cologne, Germany (Universitaet zu Koeln) and in 2006 her postgraduate degree, in digital arts, (School of Fine Arts, Athens). In 2019 she received her Phd degree from the Department of Audio & Visual Arts (Ionian University) and is one of the founding members of the inArts research laboratory,Department of Audio & Visual Arts. Her recent research focuses on how digital and telematic technologies such as data art and remote sensing influence the way art investigates and represents the non visual, unpredictable, and sublime processes of nature. Lately, her research interests include art in the (post)internet era, and the design of multiple projections in immersive installations. Since 2008 she has been working as a teaching staff at the Department of Audio & Visual Arts, Ionian University. She has participated in multimedia productions and in group art exhibitions in Greece and abroad.
