Tanisha Paine is an Indian Master’s student in Korean Studies at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, Seoul, specializing in Korean culture studies. She completed her Bachelor’s degree at Jawaharlal Nehru University, India, with a major in Korean language. Her research interests lie at the intersection of heritage studies and media studies, with a regional focus on Korea and East Asia. She is particularly interested in interdisciplinary frameworks that examine cultural representation, identity formation, and public discourse across both historical and contemporary contexts.
