Or Krispil is a Ph.D. student at the School of Communication at Ariel University in Israel. He holds an M.A. in Communication with honors from the University of Haifa and a B.A. in Communication with high honors from Emek Yezreel College. His research interests lie at the intersections of communication, society, and technology, with a particular focus on the study of new media and their impacts. Krispil's previous research has explored topics such as intimacy in social media and shaming in online social networks, employing both quantitative and qualitative methods. His research has been presented at international conferences and various academic forums.
