Within the broader concept of mixed reality in video games, the term transreality describes games that combine the virtual world with a technologically augmented physical world [1]. With the rapid advancement of technology and its integration into everyday life, transreality games are becoming increasingly feasible and accessible, offering new ideas and experiences within the field of video games. With these ideas in mind, I attempted to develop a transreality mystery–horror game that requires a computer and a mobile phone as its core equipment. The main goal is to enhance immersion in the game’s dark atmosphere while creating innovative mechanics using transreality. The game, “Guardian Angel”, supports both single-player and multiplayer modes, is aimed at a teen audience, and utilizes transreality elements.
