The organization of TTTfellows: Art & Science Residency 2024 Fall is proud to announce four amazing minds will be joining in conversation Dr. Heidi Hehnly-Chang and Dr. Boryana Rossa: Dr. Sunčica Ostoić and Dr. Olga Majcen Linn (on ground) and artists Charlotte Jarvis and Laura Splan. TTTfellows is taking place on 23 September - 4 October 2024 (online) and 7-18 October 2024 in-person on the island of Corfu, organized by the Department of Audio and Visual Arts of the Ionian University, within the framework of Rewilding Cultures, a project co-financed by the European Union. Artistic director is Dr. Adam Zaretsky, scientific coordinator is Dr. Dalila Honorato.

This reading group is teamed with the launch of the Feral Labs Node Book #2: Feralities published by Bioart Society and Projekt Atol Institute in the context of the project Rewilding Cultures.

Applications are now open for TTTfellows: Art and Science Residency - Fall 2024, co-funded by the Creative Europe Programme of the European Union and the Ionian University within the Feral Labs Network. Dedicated to issues related to new reproductive technologies, TTTfellows is taking place on 23 September - 4 October 2024 (online) and 7-18 October 2024 (on-place) on the island of Corfu.

The TTTfellows II – Artificial Insemination - successfully concluded its sessions from March 1st to 15th (online) and continued on-site from March 18th to 29th, 2024, on Corfu and Othonoi Islands. The program, detailed on the Ionian University residencies' website, focused on exploring Artificial Insemination, In Vitro Fertilization, Germline Gene Editing and Zombie Studies. It engaged a select group of participants, including Robert Lisek, Clarissa Ribeiro, Adam Zaretsky and Dalila Honorato, whose diverse backgrounds and expertise enriched the discussions and practices.

On Thursday March 28, 2024, 15:00-17:00, at room YK1, Dr. Adam Zaretsky, Dr. Robert B. Lisek and Dr. Clarissa Ribeiro will be presenting “Genetic Engineering in Hybrid Arts” as guest-lecturers of the Department of Audio & Visual Arts within the framework of the course THE202 Communication Theory. Visitor program coordination: Assoc. Prof. Dalila Honorato and Spec. Fac. Marily Argyrokastriti. Other activities of the artists include the performance XenoZombie on Wednesday March 27, 2024, 21:00-22:00 at Polytechno as guest of the Ionian University within the framework of the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Department of Audio & Visual Arts.

On Wednesday, March 27th, at 21:00 at Polytechno, artists Robert B. Lisek, Clarissa Ribeiro and Adam Zaretsky will be performing XenoZombie as guest of the Ionian University within the framework of the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Department of Audio & Visual Arts. Within the same project the artists will be participating in the guest-talk “Genetic Engineering in Hybrid Arts” on Thursday 28 March 2024, 15-17:00 in room YK1.

The TTTfellows I - Human Oocyte and Collection/Cryopreservation - successfully concluded its sessions from April 17th to 30th (online) and continued on-site from May 1st to 16th, 2023, on Corfu Island.

Running in parallel, TTTlabs BioFeral.BeachCamp (BFBC) kicks off with its first theme, New Repro-Rebirthing Retreat (NR-RR) - Gestalt Bioart/Bodyart on the Beach (GBBB) in Corfu on 5-14 May 2023.
