Matej Knežević obtained the title of Doctor of Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Zagreb in 2008. He won the dean's award for the best student in 2008. He acquired specialization in urology by working at the General Hospital of Dr. Josip Benčević in Slavonski Brod. Since 2015, he has been employed at the Urology Clinic of the Clinical Hospital Center of the Sisters of Mercy in Zagreb. He completed his subspecialization in urolithiasis in 2018. He is the author of several scientific and professional works. Personal scientific interest focuses on the research of new technologies and their application in urological surgery. Among other projects, he is the coordinator of the research team in the field of 3D print technologies in urology.
