Description:
During this course one will be able to understand and feel the animating process that begins from the master (pupeteer - animator), inspirits the puppet (puppet as a real material, as a digital object, as human body) and then comes back to the master. The retrospection in traditional forms of puppetry, coming from a variety of places around the world, will reveal the deep connection with the most contemporary techniques used in cinematic industry for capturing life and bringing it to the digital wold. A set of performing exercises will give the opportunity to experience puppetry in a bidirectional way, into the dipole master / puppet.
