Instructions for authors:

You are invited to submit original contributions across the spectrum of digital culture and audiovisual challenges. All submissions must present novel, unpublished research (or significantly extending previous works), innovative practices, or theoretical insights.

  • Full Research Papers: Minimum of 10 “standard” pages + references. Submit comprehensive work with clear research methodology, findings, and scholarly impact.
  • Short Research Papers: Between 5 and 9 “standard” pages + references. Ideal for promising projects in early or exploratory stages.
  • Poster Papers: A concise format of less than 5 “standard” pages. Includes title, author(s), and a brief summary—suitable for visual display during the poster session.
  • Contributions may be submitted in three categories: (i) theoretical study; (ii) empirical research; (iii) practitioner presentation.
  • Should be structured clearly, indicating: the theoretical framework, the research/study design, the methods or instruments, the description of the experiments, etc.
  • Should be submitted in English, the official language of the conference.

The paper should be submitted as a Microsoft Word or Open Office document following the attached template.

Poster Format Guidelines

To help you prepare your poster, please note the following specifications:

  • Size: A1 (594 x 841 mm / 23.4 x 33.1 inches), portrait orientation
  • Layout: Freely designed, but should clearly include the title, author(s), institutional affiliation(s), and key content
  • Format: Printed posters should be brought by the presenter to the conference venue. Mounting materials will be provided.
