Résumé

 Face à la fracture numérique, le mouvement prônant la science ouverte s’impose comme une voie alternative très intéressante   avec ses nouveaux modèles de publication ( plateforme de biens communs, revues gratuites, archives ouvertes, creative commun, épi-journal, bibliothèque numérique ouverte …). Il se présente en quelque sorte comme un substitut   à l’édition scientifique commerciale et une véritable opportunité pour la recherche dans les pays du sud.   De surcroit, il favorise un nouvel ordre du savoir, un nouvel universalisme dont l’occident ne sera plus l’unique dépositaire mais qui se fera selon l’expression d’Edouard Glissant ( 1990)  « dans un mouvement de créolisation ou les cultures du monde seront mises en contact d’une manière foudroyante»Notre proposition se penchera essentiellement sur la question de la science ouverte qui se décline en deux principaux axes : en amont, au niveau de la production scientifique et en aval au niveau de l’accès aux publications.

Abstract

Faced with the digital divide, the movement advocating open science is emerging as a very interesting alternative path with its new publication models (common goods platform, free journals, open archives, common creative, epi-journal, open digital library ...). In a way, it presents itself as a substitute for commercial scientific publishing and a real opportunity for research in the countries of the South.   In addition, it promotes a new order of knowledge, a new universalism of which the West will no longer be the sole depository but which will be done according to the expression of Edouard Glissant (1990) "in a movement of creolization where the cultures of the world will be put in contact in a lightning way." Our proposal will focus on the issue of open science, which is divided into two main axes: upstream, at the level of scientific production and downstream at the level of access to publications.
