Minas Pergantis is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Audio and Visual Arts of the Ionian University where he is conducting research on "Evaluation and Optimization of User Experience in Online Digital Art Repositories". He specializes in the areas of human-computer interaction and usability, web and semantic web data extraction and analysis, search engines and SEO, and user behavior analysis based on qualitative and quantitative data, always with an emphasis on content relating to art and culture. In recent years, he has been actively involved in publishing articles in international journals and proceedings of international peer-reviewed conferences. Similarly, he has taken part in various research projects and programmes relating to the interdisciplinary field of studying and promoting art and culture through web technologies. In addition to his research activity, he is a professional software engineer with many years of experience in the private sector in the field of website, web application and smartphone application design and development.
