Registration for all participants is made exclusively online through this author area. The conference participation fee is 90€ (early bird 70€, up to April 20th) or 50€ for students.

Any of the authors of each presentation may submit this form on behalf of all. Upon completion of the submission all authors will receive a confirmation email.

Please login using the credentials you were provided through email by the organizers, in order to inform us about your preferred method of presentation (Deadline 25/04/2023) and accept the terms of the conference. Providing the above information as well as information concerning your payment of the conference fee will be considered your official registration to the conference (Deadline 09/05/2023).

If you choose to present your research Online you will be required to provide a video presentation following the guidelines provided below.

Creating and providing your presentation for DCAC-2023

Technical Requirements:

Video Resolution Minimum: 720p
Video Resolution Maximum: 1080p
Orientation: Landscape
Video Compression: AVC (H.264) or HEVC (H.265)
Audio Compression: Advanced Audio Coding (AAC) or MPEG-2 Audio Layer III (MP3)
Video Container Format: MPEG-4 (.mp4)
Duration Maximum: 15 min (suggested: 12 min)
File-size Maximum: 3.5 Gigabytes

In order to record your presentation, it is recommended to use an appropriate Streaming and Recording software. Perform your presentation on your computer screen and record your display and audio input. An open source and free Streaming and Recording suite that is recommended is Open Broadcaster Software (OBS).

After you record your presentation in order to make sure it fits the Technical Requirements as mentioned above you can use Video Transcoding Software. An open source and free Video Transcoding software that is recommended is HandBrake. Please note that HandBrake’s “Fast 720p” and “Fast 1080p” BOTH fit the conference’s Technical Requirements.
