The concept of archaeology in art practice is no longer unfamiliar, and the context of archaeology is also theoretically diffused and philosophised in art practice. At a time when technology is so volatile, the future direction remains unknown. This paper takes the experimental film Complaint and Trial as a case, Complaint tells the story of a robotic Stonehenge, and constructs a future archaeological excavation through sound art, body movement and experimental images. Trial tells a story about a bionic monument, through sound art, poetic language and experimental imagery to form a sensory opposition. Explore the love and thought of bionic life in the third-person narrative of future archaeologists, and try to understand the direction and matrix of emotions in the future world. This paper connects archaeology and artistic practice through two experimental films, exploring the artistic possibilities of archaeology and the experimentation of archaeological concepts.
